Koala Care Solutions offers a one off introduction fee of $199 where our team sources a suitable nanny which meets your family requirements. Please note, this fee of $199 is only payable following successful placement of a nanny with your family.

• One off nanny placement fee: This fee is only payable once Koala Care Solutions successfully place a nanny with your family.

• Nanny Payment: The membership fee does not cover the nanny’s payment. For live-out nannies, the hourly rate is typically $30 to $35, negotiated directly between you and the nanny. If you choose a live-in nanny, there is an option to provide accommodation, meals, and other benefits instead of an hourly payment. This arrangement is flexible and can be customized to suit both the family's and nanny's preferences.
