Meet Our Founder, Rei

Hello! My name is Rei, and I am the proud mother of three wonderful children. Originally from Japan, I found myself in Sydney with young children without the close proximity and support of family to lean on. Like many parents, my husband and I wanted the very best for our children and believe that their upbringing should never be compromised. However, balancing motherhood, household responsibilities, and my perfectionism tendencies was a significant challenge.

In my pursuit of maintaining a fulfilling life and balanced, I discovered the immense value of having a nanny in Sydney. This support has allowed me and my family to thrive both personally and professionally, ensuring that every aspect of our life is in harmony. Our nanny has become an integral part of our family, helping to create a nurturing and joyful environment for my children and their development.

Inspired by the positive impact a nanny has directly contributed to on our lives, I wanted to share this joyful experience with other families in Sydney. This motivation led me to create Koala Care Solutions. My goal is to provide families with the same level of high-quality care, support, and balance that I have found, ensuring that they too can enjoy a fulfilling and enriched family life.
